Error: install BigAnt server failed

Possible reasons:
- BigAnt program is blocked by antivirus software. Please disable your antivirus program during the install and try again.
- Preliminary installed BigAnt program and it's BigAnt services are still running. Please go to task manager/Services and stop all services prefix with "Ant" or "Up", then try again to install.
- System not supported. Please try another machine (has to be 64-bit system) to install the BigAnt server console.
