The contact list is empty on client

Please do following checks:

  • Double check if the port# is correctly entered in your login settings, default port setting should be 6661
  • Your Roles and permissions settings disallowing the contacts been shown to you. Please check the option 'Enable OU permission management' in Server System Settings, which is designed for hidding departments and contacts from showing for different Roles. Please just uncheck this option to show all departments in contact list of all clients. Or, you can go to Security management > Roles > Edit the role 'everyone' > and check the entire OU in Access Control. Thus that option 'Enable OU permission management' will work properly.
