The main panel of BigAnt client cannot be opened

This issue happens if you have dual screens, and the BigAnt main panel may be invisible when you unplug the secondary monitor , please try this:

  1. Open Task Manager
  2. Right Click BigAnt Messenger under the Processes Tab
  3. Click Maximize
  4. Drag and move the main panel to make it back to the default size.
